C.A.R.S Class- JULY 2

Prior to transporting children under the age nine (9), you must satisfactorily complete training on the proper use and installation of child restraint systems. This training must be provided by instructors certified and approved by the Department of Public Safety - Office of Traffic Safety and be repeated every five (5) years.

Before the training, please create an account with developtoolmn.org. Bring your ID number to class. Once you register, you will need to take the first half of the class online with a link that will be emailed to you. This online portion must be completed before class.
